Payments & Fees

Refunds & Returns

Liability

- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, supply shortages)
- Any damage caused by third-party contractors not hired by the platform
- Pre-existing structural or system issues not identified during the project scope
Changes to Projects
Any changes to the project scope, timeline, or budget must be agreed upon in writing by both the client and the platform. Additional fees may apply for any requested changes.
Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and concepts created by Rafhome Renovation Platform are the intellectual property of the platform and cannot be used, copied, or distributed without explicit permission.
Third-Party Contractors
We may engage third-party contractors to fulfill specific parts of your project. We are not responsible for the actions, delays, or performance of these contractors unless they are directly hired by us.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services in the following cases:

Dispute Resolution
